SUSTAINING ORGANIZATIONAL PROFITABILITY THROUGH ENHANCED QUALITY CONTROL PRACTICES IN MANUFACTURING BUSINESSES

This study examined the effect of quality control practices on organizational profitability in manufacturing organizations. There are various forms industries ranging from food to non-food organizations, but this used bakeries which is a organization. The adopted descriptive survey research design and was guided by two questions. Adopting convenient sampling technique, researcher selected ten outsits within Asaba Axis 40 respondents comprising sales production staff were further randomly form for study, A self-structured questionnaire titled 'quality techniques (QCPOP) instrument collect data study. statistical analysis done using mean simple percentages provide answers questions while Pearson Product momentum Correlation at 0.05 alpha level test hypotheses. From analyzed data, it revealed that; relationship exists between practice several ways. Also, there significant positive technique adopted, products/goods organizations indicates that decrease one variables will lead other (i.e leads product turn result profit vice-versa. Was conclusion based findings high an organization's life such organization if adopt adequate maintain quality, sky be its limit, therefore recommended among others should not any reason seize measures because tantamount ruining their quality.
